How to cleanse the body

I am an avid colon and body cleanser so that I keep up with my good health. The two food groups that I eat as a cleanser is first cutting out solid foods and second eating lots of leafy greens. First, it is pretty obvious that if you focus on keeping away from anything solid for a period of time, your body and system will be able to run its course and clean itself. I have actually followed this suggestion in cleansing my body and it does work. It is pretty disgusting on what matter will stick to your colon and stay there over years and cause nothing but future problems. I recommend doing this.

The next food group you should eat lots of is leafy greens. You can start by eating lots of spinach, broccoli, and various salads. Once I finished my no solid food intake “diet,” I implemented the next food group of greens. I figured that it was light enough and it would be a start before I began eating more of the same foods I ate before. My main reason for choosing these two food groups is to cleanse my colon and to help increase my body’s waste elimination process. This will force your body to push the bad toxins out.
